Leticia Iglesias Herraiz
Ms. Leticia Iglesias Herraiz, of Spanish nationality, has been an independent director since 2020, a member of the Audit Committee since 2020, and has served as chairwoman of said committee since 2022.
She holds a degree in economics and business sciences from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE), and she is a member of the Spanish Official Register of Auditors (ROAC) of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
Ms. Iglesias Herraiz is currently an independent director of Abanca Corporación Bancaria, S.A.; Abanca Gestión de Activos, S.A., S.G.I.I.C.; AENA S.M.E., S.A.; and LAR España Real Estate Socimi, S.A. In 2021, she was appointed as a member of the International Advisory Board of the ICADE School of Economics and Business Administration of the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas and as a member of the management board of the ICADE Business Club. She is also a trustee of the Fundación PRODIS Centro Especial de Empleo.
Ms. Iglesias has extensive experience in the regulation and supervision of securities markets and financial services. She began her career in the Arthur Andersen Audit Division, has been deputy director of the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), independent board member of Banco Mare Nostrum (BMN), Abanca Servicios Financieros EFC, and of the company Imantia Capital SGIIC, S.A. Furthermore, she was CEO of the Instituto de Censores Jurados de Cuentas de España (ICJCE).
