Today it has received authorization from the Austrian antitrust authorities.
The acquisition by Acerinox of the US company Haynes International Inc. has been authorized by the Austrian competition authorities on 14 November 2024.
Consequently, the transaction has obtained all regulatory authorizations from the relevant authorities and the conditions to which it was subject have been satisfied.
The closing of the transaction is expected to take place before the end of November.
