Sustainable remuneration

Shareholder remuneration is based on the confidence of a solid, long-term strategy, with a clear goal and in which support to the shareholder is fundamental. Shareholder remuneration will always be a priority for Acerinox; since it was listed on the stock exchange in 1986, the amounts paid to shareholders have been maintained or increased (with no interruption in payments to shareholders in any year).

Share buyback

Through the approval of successive share buyback programs, Acerinox aims to improve earnings per share by reducing the number of shares issued in the four years (2013- 2016) in which the dividend was paid by means of a flexible dividend or scrip dividend.

To date, two programs have been carried out in 2018 and 2021, which can be viewed via the following link.
